Pediatric SANE Clinical Training: April 23-24, 2026 at Oceanview Education Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29572

• Cost = $250 (Call in to pay prior to course date)
• CEU’s (12) have been applied for through the SCNA
• Registration fees are due in full before April 1st, 2026

Payments can be made via check made out to Southpaw Forensic Nurse Consulting (636 Bolick Rd., Fort Mill, SC 29707 or by credit card using the QR code (credit card fees apply)

• Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Fees for missed meals, late arrivals, and early departures will not be refunded.
• Fees will be refunded, less a $20.00 processing fee, if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in
  writing no later than April 15, 2026.
• After that date, fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed after the
  training. Substitutions are allowed at no charge but please notify the program manager.
